History
Elkruni was settled by the elves who survived the tragedy of Half Lit Island in the year 61. Eleanor Malt led the settling of the city, and the elves who live here followed her lead for a good hundred years until the elven council was formed. The laws of Elkruni are very environmental and in its later years' hunting was banned outright. The city participated in many wars with Horken over some resource mines in the mountains. Eventually, peaceful resolutions were made.
Description
Elkruni is made of marble and has elves with golden armor guarding the area around. The woods behind the city are dangerous. Massive spiders and oversized plants grow nearby, with undead rising in the nighttime. There is a magical and opulent well in the middle of town and there is a large tree where the fletchers are located.
