History
Gnomewood was first settled by gnomes after The Tragedy of Half-Lit Island. The gnomes settled here seeking isolation and safety and found it relatively calm, besides from the occasionally hostile wildlife, Gnomewood was a peaceful place to live. After Emperor Leck took control of Gnomewood some elfs and half elfs, settled into Gnomewood because the aesthetic pleased them Gnomewood's leader ended up being a Elf called Ilienna decided to start teaching the children, and when decisions had to be made she made them.
Description
Gnomewood has most of its buildings built-in or around trees with only the general store truly being made apart from the woods themselves. There is a bar called the Goose-Noose as well as a schoolhouse where Ilienna teaches, the general store sells most products and a few different trinkets. The surrounding forest is very surreal and enlightening to travel through. Gnomewood is a welcome sight for travelers who go through the magical forest.
