History
The Oakvil Mansion was constructed and owned by the Braford trading family in the year 1235 a few miles away from the Oakvil settlement, however, in the year 1255 a fissure ripped open in the ground and the nearby abandoned castle sunk into the ravine. Once the Citidel was sunless, the mansion faced repeated attacks by goblins who wished to expand into the countryside. The mansion was unfortunately abandoned until a Nagpa known as Pagna took up residence and turned into his lair, eventually the adventurer Alvyn Nyx went to the mansion to rescue Velvitta and was given the manor by Pagna. Later on, Alvyn gifted the mansion to his son Laroth Nyx.
