The Order of the Nine consists of 9 Nagpas who were put into their wretched forms by The Raven Queen. The Order manipulates events and encounters from the background, very rarely showing their faces in person. They operate from the shadows and don't communicate with the outside world publicly. The Order of the Nine has only 9 true members however the Nagpas can subtly dominate people into their will when they need it. While the Nine's goals are questionable and always changing they always want to become more magically powerful, they want to kill the Raven Queen, and they want to keep The Order alive. They have interacted with Vardano in ways that do not suit these three goals, it is clear they have other motivations. The only known member of the Nine is one named Pagna, who is the speaker of the Nine and the only one that is known to show his face.
