The tavern was built in the year 1304, by Degtha and his contacts. The building serves as the headquarters for The Hellraven Adventuring Guild. The tavern is placed in a  pleasant cherrywood forest with two statues outside of it. The tavern is large and has about 80 guest rooms, with 3 floors, and a grand stage. There is a large metal hatch on the stage where the owner Degtha can ascend from. Below the tavern is about 3 floors of dug-out passageways where the employees of the Adventuring Guild work. Finally, there is a large vault door that holds Degthas rooms and vaults.
