Iori's Wakizashi

Once Iori Isono took the mantle of Daughter of The Storm, she would need a suitable weapon to match the title. She sought out one of the best blacksmiths in all of Amatsu and had a custom wakizashi made for her.
Iori Isono took her newly forged weapon to The Storm Shrine where Oaris blessed it and infused it with her power. The result left engravings on the blade, and whenever Iori Isono would use her Storm Summoning, the engravings would light up accordingly and she would be able to channel her power through the weapon.
Had she not gotten the weapon infused, if she tried to channel her power through it, it would backfire, disintegrate the weapon, and quite possibly kill her in the process.
