Shiratoro Valley

Shiratoro Valley was once a bastion known at the time as Shiratoro Stronghold and home to military forces during the invasion of Ichiba Bay in the late 3000 AC era. Considered a strategic defensive position due to the vast cave networks that spiraled all throughout the cliffside, making it easy to perform ambushes in the dark from any attackers.
Circa 3120 the Emperor of Zhangwu ordered a withdrawl of all forces from Amatsu due to endless back and forth stalemate. 30 years and they never made it close to the capital city: Borsong, a tremendous shame that loomed too large over the Zhangwu Emperor, eventually leading to his reported suicide just days later, with his Son taking over control of the nation.
Shiratoro Stronghold was abandoned a mere two weeks later. Displaced citizens of Ichiba Bay and surrounding settlements eventually stumbled upon near derelict remnants of the stronghold. Over the course of months and months of reclamation, the new inhabitants founded a settlement here and would bring in new people from similar positions.
