The Kingdom of Glinster is known for the people's expertise in dam and bridge construction.
The capital of Glinster is the City of Shimmerdam, which sits on an important trade route, with rivers leading to important cities and ports up and down the Shimmer River. A large outpost city, Tafelhoog, has been constructed along the Great Southern Road as a trading post and attempts are being made to reconstruct the Guillotine Bridge.
The King of Glinster is Sigurd Waterwall, descendant of the famous hero Derek Waterwall. The King presides over a Constitutional Monarchy, which is composed of a number of councils and other hereditary positions, each with its own rights and responsibilities.
