Requirements
The individual must have a rating of 10 according to the magical ranking chart.
The rank of 10 is earned, usually by reaching the final understanding of how Energy can be changed into the desired type. These changes also must be made with the knowledge that the cycle and a balance of power must be maintained.
Cultural Significance
Holders of the title are viewed with great respect. Many will consult them for their insight into magic and the workings of the world.
