Lance protects its local settlement from feral and savage Creaviae as well as the Fthorskotos that reside in the nearby Wilderness.
It also briefly participated in the Veldt x Frontier confict. When the settlement was at risk of being overrun by Frontier, Lance stepped up and managed to help defeat the intruders along with a few other viae. Their efforts allowed the civilians to escape and hold Frontier's soldiers off long enough for reinforcements to arrive.

Personal history

While it was a young adult full of reckless curiosity it and a friend were lured into the woods by Ghoul. With horror it realized the situation it was in to late. The tall maze of hoodoos in the canyon making it difficult to escape. The two attempted to split up only to find there was more than one stalker between the rocks. In a desperate bid Lance manages to scrabble up a chimney only to hear terrible noises from the dark below. It glides back to civilization and tells no one of the incident, silently vowing to not let anyone else suffer the same horrible fate.

Lance tells itself that it will one day eliminate Ghoul in combat, finally avenging the death of its friend from that terrible day.

Vices & Personality flaws

Due to past failures Lance has a distinct fear of the wilderness particularly at night. It will never step foot past the tree line, even when in pursuit of the enemy it will always stop short.
