Purpose / Function
Facility researching the Energy cycle among other theories to do with maintaining it.
Architecture
Has thick stone walls with large windows for lighting. Second floor has private rooms for the workers. The tower used as a platform for take off and landing.
Defenses
Its location in Sun's Palm keeps away any unwanted attention. Any sensible individual avoids flying over active volcanic regions.
Wards have been added to the cells for Fthorskotos to keep them safely contained.
History
Funded by Scio for better understanding of how the world works.
A vast amount of time was dedicated to finding out whether life could be artificially created outside the cycle. Three attempts were partially successful resulting in Wane, Mayura, and the most complete Lazarus. All three of which resided on the second floor until Wane fled.
