Reaper Kaiten Vretiel (a.k.a. Kai)

Kaiten is the eldest of the Vretiel triplets and head of Rai's personal guard. He is an accomplished warrior and fierce friend.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Slim, compact, and wiry but made of pure muscle mass.

Facial Features

His almond-shaped eyes are a sea-green set in a slightly more masculine heart-shaped face than his sisters, a sharp angled jaw marred by a long scar on the left side, a dainty nose, high cheekbones, and the same delicate ears as Avanya make up the rest of his features.

Identifying Characteristics

The long knife scar along the left side of his jaw is his most outstanding feature. He recieved it after an attempt on Rai's life.

Kaiten is almost never seen outside of his armor.

Education

Where his brother focused almost entirely on magic he focused on all things combat related. He by no means has neglected his other learning, as shown by his completion of both standard and a secondary education in history.

He has risen in the ranks of the military to become the Lord Reaper of Rai's personal guard.

The speed with which he has risen through the ranks is an incredible achievement for his age. Especially alongside his academic endevours.

Kaiten is driven by sheer force of will and determination to protect those he cares about and be the best he can at what he does.

Likes & Dislikes

Kaiten has a surprising love of cute things that is almost equal to his love of blades and armor. He loves his job and he loves spending time with those under his command as well as his family and friends. He can't stand those that turn their backs on their loved ones without cause or who would betray those closest to them. He also secretly hates creepy crawlies and bugs as much, if not more so, than his sister.

He is a bit heavy handed when it comes to training and often injures himself in the name of progress. He also tends to go a little overboard when it comes to drinking with friends or comrades.

Social Aptitude

Kaiten is a short spoken and rather blunt man on the surface, leaving many unsure how to deal with him and rather wary. If one digs a little deeper though Kaiten is arguably more social than either of his siblings and a very good listener. Despite his gruff nature he truly does listen and try to ease the worries of others.
