Sallutah
The Sallutah is a race of magically inclined, though lesser than the Variseans, and tricky. They call the Kreopis Province home.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Drinnaren are a humanoid race that trades forms between a fully solid form and a wispy ethereal form.

They are outliers in the province as their social hierarchy is not determined by inheritance but rather by magical aptitude. While they are not as magically inclined as the Variseans, they pride themselves on magical ability more skewed towards the manipulation of the elements. Every important position in their society can be won by a duel of magical prowess.

There is a very stern set to their features regardless of their expressions. Their eyes are also striking as they have no noticeable pupil.
