Rock Keep
Notable Places:
- The Asylum: A single storey timber and brick building, filled with the madmen and lunatics of the town.
- The Shrine of Ohm: A stone niche enshrining an idol of Ohm, Goddess of Law, said to be sometimes visited by the goddess herself.
- The Victory Pit: A coliseum used for official events and local holidays. Those who find victory in the pit are known through out the city. The Pit rarely has a fatality as healers are on standby when things turn ugly.
- The King's Witt: A run down inn and tavern that is known for the wealth of information the innkeeper can provide.
Government
RockKeep is governed by a consortium of guild masters, under the High-Prince, whose weekly meetings often turn into drunken brawls.
Defences
The Keep is build on a defensive position above the Arrow Pass. The Keep is on the front lines of the war between Khar and the Empire. It is home to the majority of Khar's ground forces. Despite the number of attempts made, the Empire has never been able to make it up the Arrow Pass, let alone make an assault on the walls of Rock Keep.
