Har'Akirians

The desert people of Har'Akir have brown skin, darker than Iron and lighter than Soleri, despite being under the direct sun more. They are a lot hairier than Solerians, and also have dark hair and eyes which are sometimes brown, but usually black. Har'Akirians have tall and slender frames. They usually have oval faces, a sloped forehead and long, straight nose. Beauty standards in Har'Akir is to be tall and slender with a small chest and wide shoulders. Not thin, muscular body with narrow hips and long legs. Smooth skin with no hair.
In Har'Akir, it is a strength-based society. Once per year, there is a day of peace between the two warring cities.
In Har'Akir, the naming conventions are based off Ancient Egypt.
It is common for people of the same sex to be together, as long as they still provide heirs and offspring.

Culture

Har'Akir and even some Soleri Tribes are shameful of their history, believing that their entire existance in this 'cursed land' is because of their ancestor's mistakes. They are there to be punished. Art of Har'Akir is found in wall carvings (Reliefs) denoting history and stories of heroes or villains. Like everywhere else, inked tattoos are taboo because they look too similar to holding a soul, and can sometimes hide it. Har'Akirian wear cermonial cloth and robes, only esteemed members and children may reveal skin. Especially women must stay covered up. The more jewelery worn represents status.
