Saiwola
All about souls. More akin to the beliefs of Iron, believing all Humans have souls, not spirit as the rest of Soleri believes. That Humans are innately evil and have to constantly try to do good things to make up for it. They ceremoniously test themselves against pain. Including walking across hot coals, and traditionally breaking their bones once they are fully grown to mend back stronger.
Traditional weapon – the club
Saiwola tribe are big on scarification. When a young boy wishes to become a man, he must undergo a heavy scarification ritual that covers most of his body to show he can endure the pain. The scarifications are in different patterns relating to animals, ie – crocodile scarification, lion scarification. A woman undergoes a scarification ritual earlier, when they undergo puberty, to show they can endure the pain of childbirth in their near future and are ready for motherhood. Anyone who does not partake in these rituals is shunned.
