Vanaric, often called "The True Speech" by the most devout of the Hydell Order, is the official language of the True Descendants. It is especially prevalent among heavily populous planets and those who engage with interplanetary trade, as well as serving as the official language of the Militant Order of Descendants, but most citizens of the Order know at least a list of common phrases due to Vanaric's use in religious ceremonies.
The language itself carries a snooty haughtiness. This, coupled with the religious connotations, has marked it and those who prefer to use it as a representation of the Order's religious oppression among the more rebellious element of citizenry.
