Erek Thul , the lord of dragons, wants to deliver the Prime Material Plane to Tiamat using the scales of Io to empower her to defeat Bahamut during the planar conjunction but the scales were lost millennia ago.

1. Gulthias temple: One of the scales was found already, They will immediately steal the second scale when the PCS locate it in the heart of the GTemple
2. The locations of one of the scales is known but it is inside an Orc stronghold. Erek Thul therefore is secretly enticing war between Erestea and the Orcs to draw out and distract their forces.
