Wolfhards Fabulous Wagon

There is nothing that creates a festive spirit like the arrival of Wolfhard and his wagon. Partytricks, firecrackers and amazing mechanical toys for the children, pots, pans, spices, perfumes and pretty gifts for the adults. Wolfhard has something for everyone.
Wolfhard is an old man dressed in assorted garments of all colors and drives a covered wagon drawn by the slowest, oldest and grumpiest donkey anyone has ever seen. No one is allowed into his wagon and even though many have tried to sneak in they are always met by Wolfhards smiling face and lighthearted admonishments. What is known is that it must be filled with all manner of fantastical things because it seems that whatever the adults ask to buy he can produce for them. Children flock arount the cart because he is well known to set off fireworks on random occasion which often brings litanies and swearing from the ladies queueing but many laughs from others, and not least Wolfhard himself. Almost as famous as his fireworks are the tales that he tells over a pint of beer, he seems to know everything from ancient legends of heroes and monsters to old wives tales and gossip from the village across the woods
No one quite knows who he is or where is originally hails from, and yet he is well known throughout all the towns of Erestea. He arrives when it pleases him and leaves when the fancy takes him. Sometimes years pass between his visits and the older children regail the younger siblings with tales of the escapades they got up to last time he came to the village, and their parent chime in with their own tales from their childhood. For it seems that Wolfhard has travelled the land brightening up the lives of ordinary people for at least 3 generations.
