House Walwood

House Walwood is one of the twelve noble families and one of the least respected ones. They don't have any apparent strength or a reason to be a noble family. The founder of the family Ezra Walwood was a strong strategist and cunning leader but his strong blood has been diluted in time and now no one believes that there is any strength in the Walwood name. They are seen as road workers and only better than the rest because of good luck. They called just lucky and most of the time they are silently detested. The Walwood Family takes care of most of the road maintenance in Wildermoore and especially around Syrilis. They supervise new roads and are often there to collaborate when new routes are discussed. Family members aren't necessarily good at fighting or any other noble activities. Their members are seen all over the place checking the roads and infrastructure all around Wildermoore. Their Estate is also right outside of Syrilis and they spend a lot of time in the capital and the castle.

History

Ezra Walwood was a clan leader of a small clan of halflings. Raiders tried to destroy their village and Ezra knew he needed to take a stance. He allied himself with the Brotherhood of Justice.
