Blotphage

AC 8 HP4d8+12 Speed 30 ft Immunity to Poison Vulnerable to Fire. Volatile: When dropping below 10 HP it begins to convulse. It will explode on its next turn, dealing 2d6 + remaining HP poison damage to any creature within a 10 ft radius.
When a body is left unattended for too long in the Cintral Anglonian Wetlands foul magics begin to stir in the swamps. A Blotphage will form from the body of the deceased. No longer having a soul to drive it the undead corpse merely has an endless hunger that cannot be sated. The Blotphage quickly fills with the noxious fumes of the swamp. Making it very volatile and prone to exploding.
