Divy / divne
Sometimes called 'gods', often with a 'minor' or 'lesser' modifier. They are much younger than their 'major' counterparts, indeed much younger than humanity itself. They do not have the power to create worlds, and are usually bound to remain in their area of influence (see: Saint or Strige for how they can work around this limitation).
Basic Information
Anatomy
Their appearance changes, though slowly, based on the major influences on their lives. This can be a geographical feature, a common or most distinctive plant or animal around them, the ideas and concepts they learn about.

Naming Traditions
Both divy and divne are plural forms. Singular divo/divne*; sometimes, if one displays prominent masculine or feminine characteristics, divny or divna is used. Divo jasne/cienne are used for any divo associated with either day/light or night/shadow.
The name comes from the words for "strange being" and "to look at with wonder", perhaps also relating to "miracle" or even "divine", and referring to old words used to describe gods.
Individual divy are often named by the people who find them, as they rarely have capacity for speech (or at least a need to be understood by humans) before contact with humans. Such names are then reflections of the divo's power or appearance, or the area it is presumed to rule over. Some names reflect the belief that the divy are descended from/related to the true gods.
* yeah it's the same i guess
Major Organizations
Nemia has a temple in Vekyń and is attended by a small army of priests and servants, but she is the exception rather than the rule. Due to their geographical constraints there is little interaction between the divy, and so no opportunity for organization.
However, a divne will rarely be the only mystical/part-divine being around; where there are more, they tend to orbit a divo and defer to it.
Common Myths and Legends
There is one myth - or an idea, rather - in particular that all powerful divy pay close attention to: that it is possible for one to ascend to true godhood, if one is old and powerful enough.
Origin/Ancestry
Unclear. Some theories state they arise from remnants of the true gods, and can be thought of as their children of sorts. Others say they arise naturally from the force of life/breath and free-roaming magic.
Conservation Status
Controversial and disputed across Rosdravia. In Rosdravik itself, they are revered and worshipped; a lot of effort is put into serving the most powerful ones and protecting the smaller, younger ones. In Oren, their status is closer to that of a monster/predator than a helpful, divine being, and effort is made to destroy any that seem threatening.
Conflicts between the divy themselves make the matter a little more complicated; although usually confined to their own domains, often they find the idea of others existing distressing and unpleasant.
Nemia is a prime example of this: she has a village-worth of servants and priests, but cares little for the fates of her fellow divy (except when it suits her to appear to do so).
