Elf

Graceful and full of wisdom are the mighty elven race. One of the longest-lived races, they reside all over the world. Their grace and look on life give them an alien demeanour. Outliving all other well-known races, they have the time to hone their craft and strive for beauty and perfection.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Elves stand on average 1.63–1.83 meters and weigh 59–77 kg. Usually, true elves are a naturally slender and athletic race. Elves had a similar range of complexions to humans. The thing that sets them physically apart from humans is their facial structure. Long angular faces with pointed ears complementing them.

Genetics and Reproduction

Elves typically only have 2 or 3 children, and 4 is considered to be a lot. They usually only have one adolescent child at a time. An elven female is only fertile for about a month per year and the average pregnancy period is about one and a half years. It is less painful and intrusive dan human pregnancy.

Growth Rate & Stages

An elf is physically full-grown around the age of 24 but is only considered adults when they reach the age of a hundred. Until an elf is between the age of 100 or 110, they experience a heightened sense of curiosity. This curiosity can result in a more lively personality and a greater feeling of wanderlust compared to adult elves. Elves do not show any signs of age until they become around 600 years. From then on they very slowly and very slightly start to age. They typically reach an age somewhere around 750 years old but 900 years old is not unheard-of.
