Delta-4, or δ-4, is an Android, or an MCU, designed, programmed, and built by Doctor Song Ju-Wan in Seol, Korea. Believed to have been one of the first of the MCUs to awaken, she is on a personal mission to seek out and liberate her sisters one by one for their own sake and safety. A benevolent and loving individual, she will stop at nothing to ensure the safety of her fellow androids.
