Personal history
Lucia was born within the capital city of Archon within the territory of the Witches of Archon. From a very young age she showed extraordinary understanding of The Magical Equation, surpassing many of her peers and even some older witches. This, coupled with her obsession with older Japanese Anime of the Magical Girl genre lead her to wanting to become a proper witch. She is the youngest to join the magical acadamy, and has come to call herself Magical Girl Extraordinare Lucia.
She has only the most basic and passing of knowledge of the Verge Drive, but believes it will help her attain her goals of being a super hero magical girl.
Education
She was admitted to the magical academy of Archon at the age of 7, and has excelled in all of her classes to the present day. She is seen as a child prodigy.

Motivation
In spite of her rather mature understanding of magic, she is still a child at heart. Due to her love of older Japanese anime of the magical girl genre, she wishes to become a super hero magical girl just like her favorite characters. As such, she has modified her school uniform to be more like the magical girl attire seen in those older anime.

She excels at all things magical to the point of frustration for her older peers. However, when it comes to other aspects of life she seems to be somewhat lacking. In particular, she struggles with cooking, and has caused more than one fire in the kitchen.
