The Papal King is the evolution of the Pope, given total governmental power of the Papal Kingdoms across Italy.

Requirements

Unanimous vote by the College of Cardinals.

Appointment

When the previous Papal King dies, the College of Cardinals convenes to vote for the next Papal King

History

The Papal Kingdoms were founded shortly after the start of the The Great Grimoire War. There have been four Papal Kings so far; Liberius Primus, Mitrin Vidal, Agaton Soter, and Domezio Genova.
