The Government of Felvarr
The dwarven nation of Felvarr is governed by a triumvirate made up of representatives from each of the three dwarf-inhabited mountains bordering Gamor: Naravon, Nashvel, and Nachtlar. These three representatives are first voted in by the occupants of their respective mountains and then confirmed by the occupants of the other mountains. There is no specific term limit for these representatives, they are simply voted out by their mountain when the people feel that representative has served their time or are no longer fit for the job. In recent years, due to an outcry from more progressive dwarves and the ongoing complaints of the other races, a Foreign Races Representative (FRR) has been appointed, responsible for managing any non-dwarf matters and acting as a representative for said races. The FRR is not considered a part of the triumvirate, however, and is not afforded much respect from the members of the triumvirate.
The Triumvirate
————————
The current representative of Naravon is a dwarf female of 123 years by the name of Tyrini Emberlight. She worked hard to make it where she is, as she and the people of Naravon are somewhat looked down upon by the other two mountains. She is a strong-willed dwarf, not afraid to make her opinions known, and she often fights for the good of her people, the “commoners”. Of all the members of the triumvirate, she respects the Foreign Races Representative the most.
Arvel Sunstone represents Nashvel and is the youngest of the triumvirate at 86. He is a brash and hot-headed dwarf, determined to carry out whatever he sets his mind to. Despite this, he is considered a valuable part of the triumvirate as he brings a fresh perspective to the group. He and Tyrini’s ideals often clash, however, which leads to many arguments.
The oldest of the triumvirate at 300 years, Baldren Stonehammer represents the citizens of Nachtlar. He is the most level-headed member of the triumvirate and usually leads the discussion. He often acts as a mediator when Tyrini and Arvel fight. He is also renowned as a master smith, and to receive an item he created is praise of the highest honor among the dwarves. Despite his level-headedness, however, Baldren remains one of the strongest proponents for isolationism and maintaining a distance from the other races.
Foreign Races Representative
———————————————
The first and current “Foreign Races Representative'' is a brass Dragonborn female by the name of Kevara Delmirev. She is a Dragonborn well known for her beauty among her kind. Unlike many of her kin, the dragon blood runs strong in her and her scales bear a glamorous luster, almost a match to Mjoor-kynefa himself. Kevara is a kind Dragonborn with a compassionate heart. She seeks only to do what’s best for her people and her country. Born and raised in Lafeld, her loyalty lies more with Felvarr than the Golden Isles. She’s also one of the youngest members of Felvarr’s government in the country’s history at age 23.
Kevara’s commitment to Felvarr, her kind heart, and her status as a paragon of her kind all earned her her current position as the Foreign Races Representative of Felvarr. Although she did not fight as hard as some for the right to have their voices heard, she was happy to be that voice. She hopes to slowly earn more rights and respect from the dwarves as representative and break the hard, isolationist shell that the dwarves still bear.

Felvarr
The seat of dwarven of power and the center of the Golden Alliance. Mainly dwarves live here, but dragonborn, halflings, and gnomes make their home here too. Other than interaction with the Golden Isles, the dwarves were largely isolationist and have only recently come out into the large geopolitical sphere.
