The delightful Model Village of Super Evil Castle Place

Despite "Emperor of Evil and Terror" carrying a pretty blood-curdling ring to it, the person behind the myth is about as far from it as you get; All fluffy clouds and tea parties encased in wicked, demonic armour. Doff the suit and he wouldn't be terribly out of place as your fellow neighbour, providing a 20ft tall man tending to his flowers with comically small gardening equipment didn't perturb you.
Alas, he is stuck at the (interpreted) bottom of the world, with an army of imps at his service, and an astronomically large cupboard of tea stocked. If only there were a way to draw more visitors to his home, and shatter the illusions of that foul myth once and for all...

The work begins

Due to an error in communication, the horde of demons at the Emperor's disposal had happily produced an entirely perfect looking village, that any humble aunt would be delighted to live in, after which he had to explain that he actually wanted them to make a smaller version of his Castle. Daffodilton is now a welcome addition to the otherwise uninhabitable wasteland of the Super Evil Castle Place.
Demons are a lot of things. Scary, namely. But architects? bizarrely enough, yes! Between raiding villages, terrorising the general public, and conducting all sorts of evil, devious rituals, demonkind have a strange knack for construction.

"Do you have any idea how much of a pain summoning circles are if you don't get the circumference exactly right? That's the difference between summoning a hellhound and a pigeon!"

The forces of evil got to hard at work, producing an adorably small version of their sinister and foreboding Fortress.

The castle; The Actual castle, is pretty big. I mean it comfortably houses a man that towers over some small houses, so you'd certainly hope it was big. Unfortunately, being blessed with a demonic understanding of mathematics and geometry doesn't always prepare you for the reality. They had deemed 1/8th the appropriate scale at which to reproduce the castle, and all of its humble, terrific details.

What they had discovered however, was that this scaled the model perfectly with their own height. The model castle, in full, functioned almost flawlessly as it's own structure. Every detail, down to the chairs, tables, even the cupboards absolutely stacked with the Emperor's various choices of tea was replicated. If you were small enough, I dare say you could straight up just live in this thing.
The bickering started almost immediately.

"I should be the one to live in it! I didn't slave over the detailing in that damned bedroom nights on end to not sleep in it!"
"What the not-hell are you even talking about!? We don't NEED sleep!!"

To be incredibly cute, of course!

Alterations

Changes were made in recent days to the dining area, when it was brought to the Emperor's attention that the cups set out on the table were not, in fact, functional, and were for some reason glued to the table.

"It's supposed to be like a Diorama! I swear you guys are just building this to be lived in or something!"

Tourism

So far, the attraction has failed to draw in additional visitors to the castle, as the Emperor had intended.
Turns out getting a handful of demons to give out posters and pamphlets to the neighbouring villages about your shiny new model village that everyone should visit has them believe it's some kind of plot or trap, devised by 'the greatest threat the land has ever seen', or something like that.
