The Maelstrom Watch (Guild Hall built on 8/9/20)

A fortress located high above Steton within the Maelstrom Mountains. It was once the base of operations for the Maelstrom Knights, a mercenary group of griffon riders and tamers that were all but slaughtered by the Valkyries of the Viaken, and with them disbanded, it now lies unmanned and waiting for another group to take up the mantle of protection the Knights left behind.
If a company guild house is built on this property, your company gains access to:

Aviary Hanger - An improved kennel that allows your company to house 3 additional flying creatures per member, regardless of size.
Eyes in the Sky - Your company can spot any dangers/events that are reasonably huge in size (storms, marching armies, dragons, etc) out until the borders of Steton. Immediate notice/warning can then be given by the company to all factions within Steton and within the bordering countries.
