Founding

The day the squabbling tribes of The Scour Sand formed into a full nation.

Although since the fall of the elven empire, specifically the dissolution of the Spiral Council Majital was disjointed by the humans that were left in the aftermath of the Skarab Wars. These humans, formed tribes that expanded and grew into four great khanates, Scrollsworn, Sand Serpents, Skyspeakers and Shadow Seekers. These tribes were rivals that would not trust the other to have any power as such, their seperate nations were constantly under threat of war from each other and the gnolls of the sands. It was under such a threat by Zagzin, the Laughing Jackel that the 4 great khans, decided to meet and unite against a common enemy. But still they argued, none trusting the other, so they instead decided to trust a well known adventurer to facilitate and arbiter the discussions. So impressed by his political ability and fairness, the Khans decided to officiate him as the keeper of the alliance. This would prove to be the foundation stone that would build the mages guild and that would form Majital as it is known today. That adventurer was Dorado Khaine the first Archmage of the Mages Guild.
