The Devkarti Empire rises

Nagi the conqueror leads her people into unifying the city states of Devkarth, unifying the otherwise inhospitable landscape.

Devkarth, long ruled by separate city states vying for control, was eventually unified beneath the banner of one woman named Nagi. Nagi lead the first Devkarti across the sands, where she raided, razed, and conquered the cities along the Lonely River. Once she seized control of Devkarth's only water source, she had effectively established the Devkarti empire.
