Erdreja, Mother of All (a.k.a. Mauritana)

Long before the creation of man, or even before the birth of the first stars, there existed two sisters. Erdreja was the kindest of the sisters, seeing beauty in the blank canvas they held domain over. She brought light into the universe through her power, bringing what we call the Material Plane into existence. Over the millennia, she would forge the stars to give light and warmth, the planets in which her children could flourish, and the galaxies to house them all.
However, not all were pleased with the path the universe took. Instead, Seraphina, Erdreja's sister, opted to call forth a wave of destruction. This decision sparked a fierce battle between the two sisters, a war in which Seraphina was winning. With much of her power spread across the Material Plane, Erdreja called on those she had given life. She set forth a plan to seal away the two sisters for the rest of eternity.
Erdreja lured her sister into the Heart of the Universe, where her people awaited. As the fight wore on, Seraphina could sense her sister's growing frailty, and she could tell that her victory was close at hand. However, that was when Erdreja mustered the last of her strength, forging one final star. She used this star to imprison Seraphina. Then, she created a world where she placed herself at its core. That world became known to the universe as Vesta.
