• How does the general workforce feel about mages or Ore mages, specifically?

i. Would the men welcome one as another man trying to earn a living or would bigotry and bad experiences from the war make them bitter towards a mage even if they were friendly?

• If Zach or especially Gavan were to be outed as mages, would the company survive or e forced to shut down amid accusations of the latter having used his magic to make his initial fortune?
i. Would it have been all that unfair since Gavan only ever used his magic to find mining veins? He knew he was selling good land to other companies and never used magic during actual mining. Could he be accused of having unfair knowledge while bidding on other plots of land?
• Given the end of the Meridan War and subsequent drop in demand for weapons, how is WMC faring? Would it be needing to layoff employees or place a limit on the number of labor contracts it can renew?

History

WMC was founded by Gavan, having secretly used his Ore magic to find the company's first mining sites. 
Over the 2 decades since its founding, WMC grew and became one of the biggest mining companies in Troth.
The Meridan War was helped the company to flourish due to increased demands for steel and other metals.
