Wulpine Mountains
A dense mountain range marking the southern border of Troth.
History
The Wulpine Mountains played a major role in Troth's secession from Calios.
The mountains contributed to the troubled communication between the then-Northern region of Calios and the central capitol, leading to the autonomy the nobility in the region, by virtue of being a natural obstacle to travel.
When Calios tried to reassert its authority over the region, its troops were blocked by the heavy defenses the nobility built up in preparation for their treason from the kingdom. With all mountain passes blocked and fortified, the Calian army could not move beyond the treacherous terrain and were eventually forced to turn back in defeat.
