Invisibility
A surprisingly complex Night spell used to conceal oneself
Effect
The spell cloaks the caster or target in mana, rendering them undetectable to the naked eye.
Related Element
Night
Applied Restriction
The spell is most useful for stationary targets. While movement wouldn't dispel its effects, it will dillute them as the cloak of mana tries to adjust to new positions. The resulting effect is a visual akin to the shimmering of heat haze. Not too much of an issue from a distance, but easily perceived by close or attentive onlookers.
Additionally, the spell only hides one visually. It does not conceal the target for means of magical detection. If anything, it would make someone easier to detect by such methods.
