Hythe

"There is no where else on Mangir where you can have delicous pomegranet for breakfast, rice and eggplant for lunch, corn and mashed potatoes for diner, and cinamon pears for dessert. " Galvantas the Wonderer 1205
Hythe is a secluded city out in the northern pine forest of the Garmach kingdom. It's the ancestral home of the elves and where a vast majority of the elves are located. While elves are normally known for being a very reclusive species, the elves around Hythe are strangely social. They helped out the original Garmach Nomads, taught them how to farm and as a result, they are well respected by the people of Hythe. The Hythians learn a lot from the elves and their children grow up to treat the forest with respect. The elven method of farming leaves the soil so magically fertile that despite the climate almost any plant can grow there, causing the garmachians to have the only supply of many of Vordral's plants. The city itself is large and spread out with plenty of trees growing throughout the town. The architecture is simple but effective and made out of stone to avoid cutting down as many trees as possible. The city is also well known for its overwhelming fog that comes in from time to time making it impossible for anyone to see. Along with the fog, often come strange monster attacks that leave the city on edge.
