Scorpion's Summit is an oasis town built on a massive plateau in the heart of The Sandscar Desert and the capital city for The People of Novon. There are massive sandstone buildings and beautiful pools of pure water spread throughout the city. The churches have spires topped with gold and silver. The whole city feels alive with energy despite the unbearably hot summer days and the freezing cold winter nights. The large building in the center of town is home to The Conclave of Knowledge, the holy governmental body that creates the laws and runs the entire country.
