Ruler, also known by the titles Emperor/Empress, is the supreme authority of the Myriad Criminal Syndicate. They are the embodiment of the Myriad Syndicate’s strength, unity, and power. The power and control this individual possesses over the organization is unmatched, allowing them to manipulate the magical abilities of its members and even convert non-magical individuals into members. They are the ultimate arbiter in all disputes and have the final say in all matters, from strategic initiatives to high-profile operations.
The Ruler’s power is extensive, their position is both feared and respected, and their authority spans all factions and sects in their organization. To reinforce their untouchable status and deter challenges to their authority, the Ruler crafts a persona that projects invincibility and wisdom. This deters challenges to their authority and frame their actions as essential for the greater good. The Ruler exercises control over factions by appointing key leaders to facilitate communication with faction leaders. By doing so, it ensures that the decisions made by the Ruler hold weight and foster a sense of harmony and cohesion within the organization.

• Emperor / Empress: The highest title within the Syndicate, symbolizing absolute power and sovereignty. When situations demand it, The Ruler is addressed with the honorifics and reverence typically reserved for royalty.
• Head of the Unseen Council: This council comprises the Myriad Syndicate’s most trusted and powerful leaders who assist in governing the organization. The Ruler presides over this council, ensuring their decisions align with the organization’s objectives.

Magical Control
