Dastania
Dastania (dah-stahn-e-uh) is a massive city built in the center of The Eye of Catherine, a lake in The Ishtar Consortium of Amerish. Thus, it can only be reached via, boat, ship, flying, or magic. While the city swears fealty to The Ishtar Consortium, other than taxes, it is entirely independent of outside governments, looking over its people itself. It is most famous for, outside of its location, cathedrals to both Arun and Nurunset and a large asylum for victims of psychic attacks and sufferers of curses and diseases of the mind.
