The Circle of Saffron

The Circle of Saffron is a powerful and exclusive mage guild. Its members select apprentices and pit them against each other to hone their strengths until one stands above the other.
The Circle is based primarily out of Reliance, but have guild houses in each major city. While the Circle was made to be independent, they have been forced to take part in the wars between the Draconic Kingdoms in the past. They had a pact to never directly harm one another in battle, even when their armies met on the battlefield.
