The Scalebreakers

The Scalebreakers are a rare case. They openly and directly oppose all dragons in the Fractured Vale. In the past, they have hunted and killed a handful of lesser dragons. They spend their lives training for the day they encounter one of the scaled beasts, which they believe to be oppresive and evil in every form.
