Dragonmark of Storm

You gain the ability to innately cast spells and cantrips. You cast each spell at its lowest level. Once you cast a given spell this way, you must finish a long rest before you can cast it innately again. You must still expend any material components. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability, you choose when you select this mark. Your dragonmark confers the following benefits:

• Least Dragonmark. You learn the shocking grasp spell and one the following spells: create or destroy water, feather fall, fog cloud.
• Lesser Dragonmark. At 5th level and higher, your mark becomes more potent, improving to lesser dragonmark. You learn one of the following spells: gust of wind, levitate.
• Greater Dragonmark. At 9th level and higher, your mark's power increases again, becoming a greater dragonmark. You learn one of the following spells: sleet storm, wind wall.
• Siberys Dragonmark. After passing the Test of Siberys, your mark's power increases again, becoming a siberys dragonmark. You learn the conjure elemental spell and one of the following spells: conjure minor elementals, control water.
