High Elf

High Elves are typically found in Twog or Zelen.

• High Elf Magic. You know the prestidigitation cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the detect magic spell with this trait. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast the misty step spell with this trait. Once you cast these spells with this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level or higher. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for when you these spells with this trait (choose when you select this race). Whenever you finish a long rest, you can replace that cantrip with a different cantrip from the Bards, Sorcerers, Warlocks, or Wizards spell list.

High elves have a keen mind and are masters of at least the basics of magic. There are two kinds of high elves. One type is haughty and reclusive, believing themselves to be superior to non-elves and even other elves. The other type are more common and more friendly, and often encountered among humans and other races. High elves have all types of eyes, hair, and skin colors ranging from bronze, copper, and golden; along with the normal types of eyes, hair, and skin colors found in elves.
