- Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
- Size. You roughly the same size as an average human, your size is Medium.
- Speed. Your base walking speed is 10 feet.
- Constrict. You can make unarmed strikes that have 10 feet reach. If you hit them, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 2d6 + your Strength modifier, and a Large or smaller target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and you can't constrict another target.
- Entangling Plants. Grasping roots and vines sprout in a 15-foot radius centered on you, withering away after 1 minute. For the duration, that area is difficult terrain for nonplant creatures. In addition, each creature of your choice in that area when the plants appear must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or become restrained. A creature can use its action to make a DC 12 Strength check, freeing itself or another entangled creature within reach on a success. You can't use this ability again until you finish a long rest.
