Alward Fullheart

Elected Mayor in Year 2.
A male halfling with a sunny disposition, Alward is a well-known local celebrity at The Beacon. In the earliest days after the Shunt, he would entertain the denizens of the local tavern to no end. Telling stories of resilience and triumph, he kept spirits high and thoughts of destruction at bay. When the first question of an election was brought forth, Alward was a quick contender for the role. Promising a future of unity and mutual survival, Alward won the election in a landslide. He created the general charter of The Beacon that people abide by to this day. Alward also negotiated and oversaw the creation of the Waterwheel, which boomed the manufacturing districts and created many jobs. Huge. Bigly.
Alward also runs the Beacon Council, as the Mayor always leads this council. He tasks specific parties with quests that are important to The Beacon.
