Pholtus

God of Order
Pholtus was the entity responsible for the Shunt. Pholtus received a plea from his most faithful servant, The Monk, and invoked his divine power to transport all sentient life to a between-realm. The creatures were all placed in timelock in the Dimension of Order. Generally, he does not intentionally release anyone specific from timelock out of strict adherence to True Neutrality. On some rare occasions, he is persuaded by other Gods to release individuals or groups of people. 
Immediately after the Shunt, Pholtus appeared to the settlers that evening. He told them that a cataclysm had been narrowly avoided, and that they now inhabited a world that closely mirrored their past one. They were instructed to maintain order this time - due to the enormous cost of the Shunt, it would never happen again. This world will surely be their last. Pholtus sounded scornful or perhaps disappointed when he shared these thoughts. Ezalor was the most profoundly affected by these visions, and structured his faction on the ideals imposed by Pholtus. In his stead, a Celestial being was placed to anchor the teleportation portal at The Beacon and the new onboarding process is given by the Celestial instead of Pholtus.
