The noble who purchased the weaponry used by the mercenary crew. He is a human and is presumably the person who sent the mercenaries after the purple-grey woman's corpse.
Because people entered Vita without their money, the "Noble" class is not made up of people who were historically wealthy, but rather people who have quickly found success on Vita, such as successful adventurers or business owners who arrived early enough to amass any sort of wealth by now. Nobles are less of an aristocracy and more of a group of people who have found power in some way or another on Vita, whether it be power through physical strength, political clout, wealth generation, or successfully conquering the wilderness. The members of the Council that represent The Beacon are generally nobles, but this is only because they are locally famous for their various accomplishments around The Beacon.
