The Celestial

The Celestial is an angel-like being that is anchored to the ground at the very center of The Beacon. The nature of the creature is unclear, but its purpose is obvious: every single time that a person is released from timelock, it turns its head towards them and repeats the same exact monologue:
"Focus and listen. Welcome, you are now in the world of Vita. Your previous realm - whatever you call it - has been destroyed, and you were pitied enough to be saved. For some time now, you have been trapped in stasis, stuck in a timeless dimension. Don't worry, you won't remember being there - and trust me, that's for the better. What's important is that this is your new life. This is real, and not a dream. For the next week, you will not feel hungry, but your hunger will return. Prepare yourself for the life ahead.
I have been charged with telling you this, but I am not here to assist you any further. Your new life has begun. Hopefully this time, your new world will be able to avoid the same fate as your last. Inspire yourself with resolve, for you will not receive this blessing again."
He normally idles in the center of The Beacon, expressing boredom in some way or another, actively ignoring those around him.
