Nea Shaeras

An Elven city build long ago on the eastern shores of the continent almost completely merges with the sea surrounding it. It's buildings either gently carved out of caverns or partly submerged under the sea they try to leave as little a footprint on nature as possible.

In stark contrast to their more royal brethren from the Nalean woods to the west the Ithil Elves have chosen to embrace the wild nature of the ocean water and live a far more communal lifestyle subjugated to the will of mother nature.

For it can take life as easily as it was given.
