The Circle of Elders

The Circle of Elders is an organization that elects and offers advice to an authority figure, usually a king, a queen or a monarch of equal power. It consists of renowned members of a society such as veterans, sages and wizards. In Exotia, a Circle consists of twelve Elders. Exotian Elders rise to power over the years without undergoing a specific procedure, implying that such figures answer an inner calling that derives from the consciousness of their people and somehow become seated in the council.
